“Through the Gradient” is a song by the  Jazz/Hip Hop band of nine, LoopRats. The group uploaded the visuals for the just released music on YouTube on the 14th of April, 2017.

The group features Tonina Saputo, she is a bassist, vocalist, guitarist, poet, music reviewer, and songwriter from St. Louis, Missouri who performs her original music along with arrangements of covers in both Spanish and English.

Tonina has a long trail of success and progress in her career as she performed at Carnegie Hall in 2009 and Lincoln Center in 2012 as a member of her high school Symphonic Orchestra.

In 2014, Tonina got accepted to study bass performance at the Berklee Valencia campus in Spain, where she met and signed with Grammy Award-winning producer and songwriter, Javier Limon.

“Through the Gradient” reflects the struggle of the creative process where self-trust and perseverance are instrumental in leading to unbounded beauty. The track exemplifies the band’s multi-genre background and commitment to a constant pursuit of growth.
